Our Stihl Saws Rip Through Wood
We use Stihl chainsaws in all of our wood cutting services, and have the following array of saws to tackle whatever you need cut:
- Stihl MS261 Professional (18" blade)
- Stihl MS362 Professional (20" blade)
- Stihl MS291 Wood Boss (18" blade)
- Stihl 024 (16" blade)
We can make accurate repeated cut lengths from 16" up to 26" depending on the size you need and can cut logs with diameters from 5" to 36". Whatever you need cut, we have you covered.
Fun fact about the 024 saw is that it was made in West Germany, was purchased by my father back in 1982, and is still in operation with Little Red Chair Wood Splitting today. It's quite the saw!
Wood Cutting Hourly Rate
$65.00 Per Hour
As with all of our products and services, safety is our top priority. For this reason, we only offer our wood cutting service with two or more operators on hand at all times.
Not shown in this picture is another operator whose job is to be in eye peripheral of the person cutting and to remove any pieces of wood that may be in the way to avoid a tripping hazard.
The hourly rate for this service is higher due to the fact that two or more operators are always present. The hourly fee covers the following:
- Multiple operators & use of the equipment
- Transportation to and from your property (within 30 miles of Concord, NH)
- Any fuel used in completing the service
The "clock" starts when we begin cutting.
